Q. How can you book an experience?
A.You can start by exploring and comparing the experiences by filling in the details about the type of adventure at your desired Location & Date on the platform; further you can pick the time slots available as per your convenience, once you finally find the fit, you can book the experience directly with the chosen supplier through the platform. You need to fill in the requisite details and pay the complete amount directly through the platform in order to confirm your booking.
Q. What requirements must you fulfill before booking an adventure?
A. You must read the details at the experience listing very carefully and see if you find yourself fit and comply with the regulations for participating in an adventure experience. Besides that, you must fulfill and agree to all the requisite conditions the supplier has before booking an adventure.
Q. Can you make an advance booking?
A. Yes, we are willing to accept reservations for a specific date. The earlier you make your booking request, the higher the chance will be that you'll get your preferred slot. If our suppliers availability changes, we will contact you and suggest the earliest time slot that is still open. Within 72 hours, we will make every effort to respond to you and, ideally, confirm your activity for the specific time frame you asked for.

A.You can book an experience as soon and as early as you want; the sooner it is, the better, but we suggest that you do not stretch it to the last moment.
Q. Can you book the same-day slots?
A.We accept same-day bookings online, but the likelihood of your booking request being confirmed is lower due to the lack of slots availability at our suppliers. If we cannot confirm, we will give you other options, or we can cancel the booking. As suppliers need to organize their planning and staff beforehand, we strongly recommend making a booking request at least 48 hours in advance.
Q. How long does it take to get an answer to my booking request?

A.Yes, once the booking is confirmed FREAQO will provide you with the details of the chosen vendor, and you can contact them directly based on your needs.
Q. Why do you need FREAQO to contact the suppliers if you can do it independently?
A.You can undoubtedly visit the supplier independently, but then the entire booking will be your sole responsibility. While on the other hand, FREAQO provides a shortcut to cut the hustle and get to the best adventure experience suppliers at the finest rates through offers, discounts and deals.
Q. How old do you need to be to book an experience?
A.You must be 18 years of age to book an adventure experience. However, some experiences do allow children when accompanied by, booked by or managed by parents, for such cases written approval by parents is mandatory.

A.Yes, you can book the adventure for multiple people at a time. But, you need to ensure that they must fulfill all the required conditions and agree with the Terms of Use and Policies before confirming their booking.

A.Yes, you can book the adventure on behalf of someone else. Just, you need to ensure that you have thier permission to do so and they rightfully fulfill all the required conditions and agree with the Terms of Use and Policies before confirming their booking.
Q. Can someone under the age of 18 book an experience?
A.No, a minor can’t book and expereince for themselves and if someone else is booking at their behalf they must guarantee that they have the right to do so; thus, they are legally authorized to act on their behalf.

A.The cost of experiences can vary based on the choice of experience , suppliers and slots.
Q. Is using FREAQO free of charge?
A.Yes, signing up and using FREAQO is free of charge for all users.
Q. How can you pay for the experience?
A.Payment will be processed securely through the Payment Gateway payment gateway with multiple payment options like Debit and Credit Cards, UPI, Netbanking etc to choose from.
Q. Is my payment secure?
A.Yes, the online data transfer is fully safe and secured as per the the highest security standard we follow. Furthermore, a professional payment service provider handles the payment process; hence, there is no issue with online payments on the platform. In addition, FREAQO does not store any credit card/debit card data making your payment option even more secure.

Q.What happens if the weather is bad on the day of your booked experience?
A.FREAQO make every effort to continue, as scheduled, with experiences. However, if the weather creates an unsafe or uncomfortable scenario for users, this may result in a change or cancellation of your experience. Q.How do i cancel the booking made as a registered/signed-up user or as a guest?
A.The registered/signed-up users need to login using their credentials (email, password) and cancel their booking through their booking management system.
To cancel the booking made by a guest can only be cancelled by signing-up using the same credentials (email, phone number) used to make the booking. The system will verify email and phone no. through OTPs for the registration process. Once verified and registered you can cancel the booking through your booking management system.
